Architectural Technician - Reading , Berkshire

An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join the Reading office of an AJ 100 architectural practice, in a role that would offer the chance to take a lead role in a mix of
commercial and residential projects.

The office is located close to the city centre of Reading and has a diverse selection of projects including mid to large scale residential developments, retail, commercial and specialist projects. The new role would see an Architectural technician to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

- You would be working on a combination of commercial and residental projects
- Working on the production of technical drawing from stages 3-5
- Taking a lead role on projects as required
- Focus on technical detailing
- Working in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong detailing skills

Required Skills & Experience

- Posses a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
- HNC/ONC or equivalent architectural qualification
- Experience in using AutoCAD - Revit experience would be beneficial.
- Commercial and or residential projects would be highly beneficial
- Located close to or able to relocate to the Reading area.
- Drivers licence
