Im working with an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice based West London with over 50 staff that has a completely new requirement for either a senior Architectural Technologist or senior Technician to support their team of Revit architects with coordination and delivery of residential projects of around £40 million to £90 million multi-unit schemes. They are committed to providing buildings of quality and prides their self in their technical delivery team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position,
- Senior technical Architect / Senior Architectural Technician Position Overview5-7 years' practical experience delivering projects.Managing Packages
Working on a variety of Residential projects across all RIBA Stages Technical Delivery
coordinating teamsExperience within the Residential Sector working on projects over 40 Million Reporting straight to the Directors Managing a ream of revit Architects
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
The following requirements are essential to this position:
MCIAT - CIAT - RIBA - ARB
A good working knowledge of technical delivery is important.
Strong Revit Skills
Experience working across RIBA stages
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of Revit BIM to level 2 standards
Knowledge of AutoCAD
ARB, RIBA MCIAT or CIAT Registered
