About the company and role:

My client is a RIBA chartered practice based in Cheshire who are currently on the lookout for a highly experienced Architect with excellent design and people skills to join their team! You will be joining a thriving team of Architects, Technical Staff and Designers where you will get the chance to flourish and really add and support to the company's growth and success.

Expect to work on a variety of projects across the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Heritage and Leisure sectors. Residential/ Housing experience is essential for this role complimented with proficiency in a variety of software's. Revit and AutoCAD are predominantly used to drive projects so it would be desirable to have working knowledge in both.

Skills and Experienced required for this role?

• Proven UK based in practice experience as an Architect working on a diverse range of projects including the Residential sector.
• RIBA/ ARB Registered.
• Commercial mindset with determination and passion to drive the business forward.
• Poses fantastic interpersonal/ communication skills and are comfortable in a client facing role/ leading client meetings.
• Works to a high standard in the given time frame.
• IT proficiency with working knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD is essential.
• Full understanding of the UK building regulations and NBS.
