Senior Technical Designer

London's award winning interior design and fit out company are seeking a Senior Technical Designer with seasoned experience in commercial interior fit-out schemes. The company is relied upon by their clients to create unique and sustainable workspaces. They offer a range of workplace services, from office design, office fit out, office refurbishment, workplace consultancy and small works. Their head office in London mainly focuses on projects inside of the M25, so you will be working with clients in London and the surrounding areas. You will have the responsibility for the delivery of technical design on projects, working alongside the Senior Designer. You will also be responsible for preparing construction packages in AutoCAD or Revit as well as leading the process from due diligence to site completion.

Required skills:

• Several years experience working on commercial interior fit-out projects.
• A high level of technical skill in AutoCad. Revit would be beneficial.
• Confident to work independently and in a team.
• Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
