Part II Graduate Architectural Assistant

RIBA Part II Graduate Architectural Assistant required

We are seeking a RIBA Part II Graduate Architectural Assistant or Equivalent with a minimum of 6 years post-university professional experience working in a practice to work at our office at 29 Great James Street, London WC1N 3EY. This role will involve dealing with work on new buildings and work on historic listed buildings, either Grade I or Grade II.

Applicants will need to have a knowledge of classical architecture and will need to submit evidence of this either in the form of drawings or photographs of work carried out with a previous employer or qualifications of courses attended in classical architecture. Experience working with traditional buildings will be a significant advantage. Applicants will need to have worked with CAD and be proficient in Revit and should be willing to work on residential, public and commercial buildings and urban design projects. Candidates will need to be experienced in construction detailing, preparing detailed drawings and specifications for design and construction.

The salary will start from £35,000. Twenty days holiday, excluding Bank Holidays.
