Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Opportunity:

A multi award-winning architectural practice are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their fun and social team in Hampshire. With the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of your own projects, this role is ideal for someone driven and passionate about progressing their career and expanding their skill set.

Role & Company:

You'll be taking your own projects from concept through to construction, so strong comprehension of the RIBA Work Stages and good technical knowledge of construction, detailing and writing specifications is essential.

Having won several awards for their designs, this company has a rapidly growing and stable pipeline of projects ranging across several sectors, including private housing, residential developments, master planning, hospitality and commercial. The majority of projects are UK based, so you'll be gaining valuable knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies. This is a small but talented team of contemporary architects, who all share a passion for innovative and elegant modern design, and you'll be in a unique position to really take a hands on approach and express you're original design flair.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Part 2 qualified
• Relevant Architecture degree
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Strong design flair and technical ability demonstrated in a well presented portfolio
