Senior Architect (Hospitality)

Opportunity:

An international design firm are looking for a talented Senior Architect to join the forefront of their award-winning hospitality team. You'll be leading exciting large scale resort and hotel projects from concept to completion, working with the world's leading hotel operators and developers. Role & Company:

As the leading Architect, you'll be liaising directly with senior partners on the designing of 5/6* hospitality schemes. Whilst the role will see you working across all RIBA stages, this company has a reputation for beautiful design, so a demonstrated flair for high quality conceptual design is essential. You'll also be meeting with clients to discuss timelines and budgets, and managing sub-contractors, so an all-round ability to deliver and strong communication skills are key.

They have a strong global presence, with over 15 office locations; a high percentage of projects are international so you'll have the opportunity to travel to several exotic locations. The rapidly growing hospitality team is made of Architects, Landscape Architects and Urban Designers, who all work closely together to deliver award-winning solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ARB qualified
• Experience leading hospitality projects or high end residential schemes.
• Previous exposure to all RIBA stages
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is desirable
