We are currently looking to recruit a design focussed Associate Architect into our Norwich based team, to lead our architect teams from a managerial and technical perspective. Our reputation amongst our partners and the professional community is an essential part of our business, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the architecture team promote and maintain their high level of design quality, innovation and commercial viability.

On a daily basis, you will provide technical and strategic management for the team, ensuring that projects are delivered to or above client expectation. It will require you to have a hands-on management style, contributing to drawing, specifications and architectural advice where required. It will be your responsibility to ensure a full ‘Architect’s Service’ is provided in line with the RIBA Plan of Work and Standard Form of Agreement for the Appointment of an Architect.

Your Experience:

  • Member of the Architects Registration Board
  • Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal British Institute of British Architects – RIBA
  • Extensive experience working in a previous architecture environment
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Experience delivering projects across private and public sector clients.
