Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

Penguin Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a well-established company that have been around for hundreds of years and provide services including Property Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil and Structural work and much more. The organisation provides services to sectors such as health, industrial, financial, motor rail, offices and lots more. They presently have an amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Maidenhead.

As a Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring you have assigned the correct workforce for the project
• Managing costs and implementing strategies for delivery
• Liaising accordingly with clients, contractors and designers of all levels
• Providing regular updates to your work force and clients my chairing meetings
• Working with large scale commercial projects
• Risk process and value management

Skills and Qualifications, you will need as a Quantity Surveyor:

• MRICS Qualification with 2 years PQE
• 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Have knowledge and experience of commercial sector
• Understand the challenges of delivering commercial schemes
• Previous of experience of working with designers and client organisation
• Full UK Driver's License - as you will be required to travel
