Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

We are proud to be working with a large multi-disciplinary practice who specialise in engineering, surveying, architecture and expert witness. They have been a growing company for over 90 years and now have offices in four different locations across the UK. The organisation is now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester.

Your role as a Chartered Building Surveyor will include:

• Work with tenants and landlords in commercial and residential settings
• Provide a wide range of advice on construction, design, maintenance, repair and refurbishment for all varieties of properties
• Carry out in depth inspections, Building surveys, purchase surveys, valuations and inspections of buildings
• Produce planned maintenance reports, expert witness reports, home buyers report etc
• Generate a client base ensuring you maintain relationships both new and existing
• Carry out building work of high quality always abiding to the Building regulations and technical standards

Skills and experience ideal for a Chartered Building Surveyor:

• MRIC Chartered
• Knowledge of Party wall
• Ability and experience to manage projects of a large scale
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of current legislations
• Able to maintain strong relationships
