Salary: £35,000-£55,000 + Benefits

The company consists of expert professionals, who focusses on the successful completion of projects ensuring the client comes first. The business now has an amazing opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. As a

Chartered Building Surveyor, your main duties will include:

• Manage Projects of any size from inception to completion, ensuring that you have a clear plan of action and correct work force in place to cater to this
• Work with a diverse range of sectors including commercial, residential, private, hospitality, transport and many more
• Produce residential surveys, expert witness reports, home buyers report and CAD drawings
• Deal with insurance claims, dilapidations and asset management

Successful Chartered Building Surveyors will have the following:

• MRICS Chartered Qualified - any PQE welcome
• A Full UK Driving License
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in all kinds of surveying duties is beneficial
• Be able to use own initiative, handle different workloads and alternate between jobs
• Have good I.T skills and have industry relevant software experience
