RIBA PART I - II GRADUATES

Hoopers Architects have vacancies for Part I & II Graduates for full time employment to compliment an exciting, busy and growing workload across the following sectors: Residential, Education, Healthcare, Sports Stadiums, Office Design, Community Workshops and Historic Buildings. The majority of our appointments encompass RIBA Work Stages 0 through to 7 and we tailor our resources to projects to assist graduates in preparation of PEDR requirements and further qualifications.

Description

We are searching for a talented, enthusiastic and technically aware Part I or II Graduates to contribute to our fast growing list of design-led projects. Knowledge of Vectorworks, Photoshop, InDesign and good Model Making skills would be preferable. An appreciation of current UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations is essential. Candidates should have a good understanding of construction methods and materials and possess excellent standards of presentation for the preparation of Planning and Building Regulations applications as well as assisting in the preparation of tender documentation. Fluent English, written and oral communications is essential. Due to the rural location of many of our projects, a clean driving licence and own transport is preferable.
