Position: Architectural Technician/Architectural Assistant

Contract type: Permanent

Location: St Albans

Salary: £32,000-£42,000 (dependant upon experience)

The brief:

An opportunity for an Architectural Technician or technical Part II experienced in the use of Revit has arisen in a Hertfordshire based practice that work with a range of clients over multiple sectors and varying project sizes across the UK. The main sectors do include Commercial and Residential.

As an experienced Architectural Revit Technician you will excel at using Revit for technical detailing. Understanding UK construction detailing is essential and you will also be putting together comprehensive drawing packages.

My client are a thriving practice, offering a collaborative approach and work closely with their clients to produce exceptional architectural solutions resulting in a solid base of repeat customers. Now at an exciting period of growth it is the right time to add the right Technicians/ techy Part IIs to their established team.

About you:

As an experienced Architectural Revit Technician you will excel at using Revit for technical detailing. Understanding UK construction detailing is essential and you will also be putting together comprehensive drawing packages.

Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
