Principal Designers - the old CDM-C. There aren't many of them around, but there's a growing demand.

There is an Architectural Practice in Lancashire (Nr Burnley) that are looking for an Architectural Technician or an Architect that might be interested in doing a 50/50 split role.
You don't need experience. They will pay the thousands necessary to get you fully qualified and give you experience.

You will still work on detailed drawing packages, visit site, get involved with planning applications and everything else a Technician does. But half of your time will be spent on a new role under the guidance of an experienced Principal Designer / CDM Coordinator.

The practice uses Revit to a high standard.
