Deadlines, Redundancy, Overtime, Pay Rises, Stressful Commutes. All of the things that might keep someone up at night, and that's just work.

Fitting in parents evening, dinner with the family, missing the gym, not seeing friends, not affording a holiday or worrying about replacing that damaged laptop. These are all of the things your workplace affects with the lifestyle it affords you.

These are common problems for the often low paid, overworked Architectural professional. We can offer you an opportunity that will help you put the negativity about your work behind you.

Remuneration Information

Architectural practices can't afford to pay well. This developer can though. You might be forgiven for thinking that £41,000 (inc car allowance), £1825 annual bonus, big pension contribution, private healthcare for you and your loved ones, lots of training and development and a fantastic amount of flexibility isn't too bad. This is just the beginning though. They employ new people at this level, once you've got your feet under the table you can expect to add another £10,000 on your basic salary over the next few years. But don't take my word for it, it's their policy, they'll tell you this themselves.

Lifestyle information

You get to work in a 9 to 5 company. In the once in a decade occasion you might get asked to do a few extra hours you get paid overtime to do it. Not only do you get away from your desk on the clock, but the culture is also to provide a work-life balance like no other. You get a fantastic flexi-time system, that will mean you can fit work in along with your family commitments without even mentioning that flexibility you need to pick the kids up or to meet a friend for a drink.

If you live in Chester, North or West Cheshire, North Wales, The Wirral, South Liverpool, Warrington or anywhere in between then you'll find this an easy going, traffic free, hassle-free commute.

You might guess by this point that they're an easy going bunch of people. You'd be right. They would be the first to tell you that you won't take stress or work home with you. You'll sleep with a clear conscience instead of worrying about deadlines, or redundancy or fitting work around parents evening. It's an easy going environment and dare I say it; an easy going job, in a developer that can provide the best guarantee of your job security available in times of uncertainty.

The Work

This is a Developer, a well-known one. You'll be spending most of your time office based. You don't need to have done any sector, in particular, to work here, in fact, they like people who have worked in a different sector to theirs. You'll be working on high-density residential, apartments and very occasionally some one-off bespoke retail.

They use Revit to a good standard. You'll get plenty of training, they like it if you've done a course on the software already at least, but whether you're a Revit user or AutoCAD user it's the person that counts to them.

Will this job afford you a better life? Yes. Don't wonder, make sure you apply now.
