Architect - Managing Partner

If you're focussing on the basic salary and wondering if they will budge it a bit higher, then you're not realising the full extent of this opportunity. (They might do by the way).

Putting money into a business to become a partner is the one thing so many Associates and Directors don't want to do. You worked hard enough to buy your house anyway. To then have to remortgage, or to risk it is a kick in the teeth. The only other alternative for some is to start your own practice. Well, maybe you don't need to do that.
