An award-winning consultancy based in London are looking for a Project Architect to join their bespoke and talented team in London. By acting as both Architect and Developer, this company have delivered many inspirational hospitality, residential and commercial projects. With several large scale and luxury projects in the pipeline, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect to lead a team through the entire property development journey and drive forward multiple high end projects.

Role & Company:

You'll be leading a team of Architects, ensuring that the integrity of design is protected and complies with regulations, whilst also adhering to budgets and timelines. Tasks include dealing with the administration of contracts, building regulation compliance, management of budgets, project programming and on site delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Contract administration experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience post ARB (including UK experience)
• Knowledge of UK planning policies and building regulations
