Senior Architectural Technician

Due to growth, we are looking for a motivated, technically minded, job running architectural technician to join our small, long established, stable CIAT practice in Otley, near Leeds.  The successful senior architectural technician will earn £35000 to £40000, plus company benefits and will work on varied and stimulating projects, seeing them through from client’s brief to completion.  There’ll be opportunity to utilise and develop every aspect of a senior architectural technician’s skillset, from client liaison to design, planning, detailing, tendering to contractual administration and you’d need to be no stranger to the inside of a site cabin.  As such, strong communication skills are vital & the role would suit an experienced candidate or one ready to step up.

Excellent AutoCAD skills are required, whilst Revit and Photoshop experience would be advantageous.
