Assistant Architect

Opportunity:

A multidisciplinary are looking for an Assistant Architect (part 2) to join their design team in Birmingham. You'll gain a huge amount of experience working across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, education, and police/fire services in the West Midlands. Given the developments you'll be working on, you will need to bring good technical construction knowledge/building regulations expertise with you. This permanent role will see you work as part of a small project team, creating design on AutoCAD and Revit.

This company are a medium sized multidisciplinary, offering services across design, engineering, construction, surveying, H&S and environmental services. Typically you'll be working with housing associations as part of a varied team. The wider design team in Birmingham totals c. 10, part of a unit of 36 employees there.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Assistant Architect (Part 2)
• Experienced working on construction / technical drawings
• Some experience using CAD and Revit.
• Ideally you'll have expertise across medium scale residential & education projects, though this is not mandatory.
