Architect / Part III

ADA Architects are looking for a Part 3 Architect with design flair and excellent communication and presentation skills.  Join our small team working in Halstead, Essex on London projects for London developer clients.

We are looking to secure the right person, as soon as possible, paying in the region of £45,000 for an experienced Architect who will be working in a friendly atmosphere where we champion a work/life balance, flexible to individual needs.

Joining our team as an Architect you will be an integral part of the team delivering projects from initial creative design through to completion.  This is an ideal opportunity for an Architect looking for an involved role on challenging and interesting projects in the London area but working from Essex.

The correct candidate will need to have design office experience with demonstrable skills and a strong aptitude in architecture.  The candidate must be self motivated,  capable of meeting deadlines and working as an individual or part of a team.

• Be fully conversant in Auto Cad with experience in delivering project in the UK.
• Experience of BIM/REVIT and photoshop would be an advantage but not essential.
• Hold a current UK driving licence
• Have a good knowledge of current building regulations and UK construction detailing, to be able to produce working drawing packages.
