We are a close-knit and supportive team, situated adjacent to the golf course and canal, consisting of Architects, architectural assistants, technologists, landscape architects and visualisers.  Having recently moved to new, larger offices, with lots of exciting upcoming projects, we are seeking two new faces to join our team.

Opportunities

  • Architectural Assistant with minimum two years UK practice experience.  Residential experience would be highly advantageous with an understanding of planning requirements and building regulations essential.

You would be working under the guidance of Senior Architects / Directors on multiple projects from concept to completion, both independently and as part of a team.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong autocad ability, photoshop skills and Sketchup/3D modelling.  The ideal candidate would be creative & design-focused with good presentation skills.

OR

  • Architectural Technologist with minimum two years UK practice experience.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong autocad ability and be able to show a firm understanding of UK building regulations, with knowledge of lifetime homes, HQI and BREEAM beneficial.  You would be working under a senior Architect / senior technologist producing working drawing packages on a variety of projects, coordinating with consultants, liaising with clients / contractors and reviewing sub-contractor information, developing technical details to suit bespoke designs.
