Are you in or interested in a Senior Management job inside a well known Architectural Practice?

Too many Associates or Directors for you to move up the ladder?

Have a great deal of ambition but you feel like you're going nowhere right now?

It's a familiar story, an Architect or Associate who is 'too inexperienced' to be let off the leash, or given more responsibility or that big promotion.

Your current practice wouldn't consider you for a Director job even if there weren't 5 people who have been working there longer or are marginally more Senior than you.

If any of this is ringing true, then we've got the job you should be in.

You would head up a team of five in your own studio at Associate or Associate Director level. They've got big plans for you in Manchester. They've got an active client base you'll be taking control of,  but other than that you'll run the team and bring work in with the aim of growing it.

You'll also have 1 on 1 professional development with the MD of a company that turns over about £15m a year.

Don't worry about the admin, they've centralised that and you'll have a company-wide machine supporting you every step of the way.

Right now Manchester is busy with Residential and Commercial projects and uses Revit to a good standard. So if you know something about these sectors it will help ease you into the job.

Don't turn into that person who ends up in a Senior Architect job for 20 years and ends up accepting their fate until retirement or only secures their big promotion late in life. Get in touch to discuss this job with us today!
