Job Details

A small practice in central London working across a wide variety of sectors, including new build and the conservation of residential, leisure and retail projects. They now require a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

My client is a small practice of two, working across a variety of sectors, including individual houses to housing developments, leisure, listed buildings and buildings in conservation areas. They have developed clients with an international base including Paris, Barcelona, Istanbul and have a variety of private clients across the UK.

Due to a valued team-member leaving, they now require a determined Part II Architectural Assistant to join the office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working across varied projects across all RIBA stages 0-7
  • Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Includes the opportunity to work on landscape projects ranging from residential to large commercial projects
  • Report to the Senior Architect

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
  • A minimum of 2 years UK experience
  • Fluent use of Vectorworks and Adobe Suite
  • Experience within relevant sectors; residential, listed buildings, retail and leisure is desirable
  • Experience using Mac Computers would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and visual
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple jobs
  • Fantastic English both verbal and written

Salary & Package

  • Salary offered between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
