Company

Architecture is not just about creating something that is aesthetically appealing or maybe just practical but having the ability to merge the two, asking the questions…how does it make you feel? Does it work? And is it adaptable or will it last?

Often, these are the questions we ask ourselves when sourcing the correct talent. Does the candidate come across well and make us feel positive? Are they a correct match? And are they sustainable and progressive? With asking ourselves these questions we can determine suitable introductions for our clients and candidates.

At FastTrack we aim to offer a bespoke and tailored approach to recruitment and understand that no two clients will work in the same way or request the same things. We take it upon ourselves to get to grips with our clients’ processes to ensure that we not only comply with the way that they like to handle their recruitment but also to ensure that our candidates are provided with a stimulating and exciting opportunity.

We understand that being a part of the design of a built project is not just about “doing a job”, it’s about being invested and making an impact. Lord Norman Foster says, “the quality of our surroundings affects the quality of our lives” and we aim to use a similar approach to recruitment. Considering the needs and wants of both candidates and potential employers, allows us to deliver on creating flourishing relationships.

We cover recruitment for all stages of design and construction and can provide skilled contract staff for specific projects or time frames or committed permanent recruits to add ongoing value and progression. Our clients range from small practices to large multi-disciplined consultancies working within an array of sectors across the UK.
