Planning & Design Practice are an architectural and town planning practice based in Derby, with additional offices in Sheffield, Matlock and Macclesfield.

Comprising RTPI Chartered town planners, RIBA Chartered Architects and architectural assistants, plus heritage specialists, our staff bring a wealth of experience from a range of backgrounds and various parts of the UK and Europe.

The majority of the company’s clients are within an hour of Derby; much of the work is in rural areas including the Peak District National Park and the Derbyshire Dales. We undertake projects in the Derwent Valley World Heritage Site and works to listed buildings.
