We are a small, friendly, growing, and vibrant Architectural practice based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Our work area spans London, and the Home Counties and projects cover an interesting mix or new build residential, homeowner refurbishments, community projects and works to listed buildings. Our projects are located predominantly in London and Hertfordshire but also cover most of the southeast from Kent and Dorset to Leicestershire in the midlands. Our office is close to the station in Watford (20m to London Euston) and well connected via road and public transport.

We are interested in modern but contextual designs that bring something inspiring to all our work but also respect existing buildings and landscapes. Lots of our work is within the green belt and conservation areas and so requires a high-level of detailing and high-quality design to be accepted.
