Salary Expectations: £65,000 - £70,000

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning architecture -led design practice, which has merged with some big names in the field! My client has a range of design services in architecture, master planning and urban design, landscape, and conservation architecture.

The opportunity comes at a time where my client has a growing workload and are in the process of exciting expansion and strengthening the design team. Projects include a mixed development of up to 2500 dwellings for both Residential and Commercial schemes of varying scales.

The successful candidate should be a good communicator as the role will require both professional and business advocacy, and experience in these are areas would be a distinct advantage. You should have good managerial skills and experience in client liaison and business development, managing staff and project resources, preparing fee proposals, running project teams, participating in public consultations with stakeholder and community groups and in design reviews.
