Salary: Competitive salary, dependent on experience
Location: Negotiable
Hours: 35 hours per week. Fixed-term contract of one year from commencement date
This a rare opportunity to join a dynamic team in shaping and leading change in the organisation. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will lead a team of 6 and be responsible for managing budgets, initiating, defining, developing and leading change across the RIBA.
You will utilise your experience to regularly review the portfolio of change and challenge the value of change requested by the business, through ownership of the business case process covering RoI, cost challenge, outcomes and achievability of timescales.
You will be comfortable conversing with all stakeholders and using your experiencing of digitally transforming businesses. You will guide our senior management, executives and Board members on the RIBA’s digitisation journey – ensuring relevant, required and necessary change is prioritised.
You will have a demonstrable experience of working in a change management environment, with a proven and results-driven track record across both technology and non-technology change – ideally with skills and experience gathered in a dynamic membership organisation.
You will have excellent change management knowledge and skills and it is desirable to hold a recognised change management qualification – e.g. MSP; PRINCE2; AgilePM
