Salary: up to £45k per annum depending on experience

Location: London HQ

Hours: 35 per week. 12 month fixed-term contract.

An exciting opportunity has come up to join the RIBA Operational Change Team as a Business Analyst.

Reporting to the Head of Change and working with the wider Change Team, you will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, validating business needs at a strategic level and documenting the requirements.

You will be working closely and collaborating with Project Managers and senior stakeholders to identify cross organisation solutions which supports the business strategy and delivers value in line with the business strategies.

At the end of each project, you will conduct a review of the processes used in order to determine if any improvements can be implemented, and update RIBA Best Practice accordingly.

You will have gained experience as a Business Analyst in a project management environment, and ideally you will be either qualified, or working towards a recognised project management qualification such as Lean, Six Sigma, BCS qualification (RIBA may support the qualification for the right candidate)

You will be familiar with various project methodologies (e.g. Agile; Waterfall) and have strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the demonstrable experience of facilitating workshops with complex multi-phase projects, from Initiation to Implementation.

In the role you will have the ability to network and develop strong relationships across all levels of internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role does not include any line management responsibility.
