EXPERIENCED PROJECTS DESIGN COORDINATORS (with REVIT)

Denniston Sdn. Experienced Projects Coordinators (with Revit)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven proficiency in using REVIT Architecture tools and conversant in the REVIT Tools.  Familiar with all the functionalities and also skillful experienced in using REVIT on the projects for at least 7 years and above.
• Responsible to deliver 2D /3D drawings and graphic design, preparing execution plan, setup projects presentations, coordinator meetings and site Strong hand drawing and concept sketches, perspective sketches and detailing sketches ability.
• To complete design development and design documentation drawings.
• Research, source and propose solutions for fixtures, fittings, and equipment for interior architecture tender pack.  Ability to put up the selected furnishings and design items onto the mood boards for presentation.
• Comprehensive understanding, and possesses a passion in seeking out quality design works and finishing.
• Manage assigned projects to completion and within agreed timeline.
• Willing to travel overseas as and when required.
• Ad hoc assignments as related by immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree / Masters in Architectural Design studies and its equivalent.
• A minimum of 9 - 12 years and more related work experience.
• Exposure to participate in foreign interior design works in Hotels & Resort Development is advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD,  Photoshop, Sketchup and so forth.
• Ability to be facile at problem-solving and strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Multi-tasking and a positive team player. Articulate and assist in project teams.
• Willing to be located in Denniston’s office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
