Senior Architect - Shropshire, West Midlands

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join a talented team based in Shropshire, West Midlands. You will be working from concept to completion across a variety of residential and healthcare projects.

My client is a dynamic architectural practice whose portfolio includes a broad range of unique residential projects as well as healthcare, education, commercial and community-based projects.

Due to an expanding project portfolio, the position has become available for a Senior Architect to lead in the design and delivery of an exciting range of projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Help run the project within a small team and manage more junior members when required
• Work through all RIBA stages
• To engage and work professionally with a variety of clients/consultants
• Running projects on site
• Produce high quality drawing packages and construction drawings for complex residential designs.

Required Skills & Experience

• ARB registered Architect
• Excellent design skills and technical ability
• Proficient use of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop
• Demonstrable experience of hand sketches, diagrams and physical models
• Excellent networking skills and a desire and ability to promote the company.
