Project Running Architect - Bristol

The practice benefits from best of both worlds with the security and infrastructure of being part of a larger company and the creative studio feel of a smaller practice.
Made up of around 12 people they have found great success across several sectors including residential, student accommodation and education sectors.
Due to ongoing success they are currently looking to recruit Project running Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

- You would be working on a variety of residential and student accommodation projects
- Working across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Reporting directly to the directors
-Working on the production of technical drawing packages
- Use Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience working in the UK
- Working proficiency of Revit is essential for this appointment
- Excellent AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Excellent technical skills
- Experience delivering technical packages on UK based projects
- Able to demonstrate a high level of technical detailing skills, along with an understanding of modern methods of construction
- Thorough understanding of design issues on large-scale projects
- Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering projects from inception to completion
- A thorough understanding of current UK building regulations, NHBC guidance and associated housing guidance.
