Senior Architect

A prestigious architectural practice has a vacancy for a talented Part 3 qualified architect to become a key member of our friendly team in their central London studio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project uses and scales, following projects from concept through to construction.

Their dynamic, growing central London studio has a requirement for an experienced qualified architect with at least three years proven UK experience on medium to larger projects.

You must be capable of working independently or as part of a team on a design-led international project. They are looking for a good 'all-rounder' with experience in the commercial and public building sectors, you must be able to coordinate and produce detailed drawing packages.

The ideal candidate will have the following attitude and experience:

    a talented and ambitious designer with a strong technical understandingexperience of package/job running on projects in the UKexperience of design coordination of projects through tender and constructionconfident managing consultants and project stakeholderscompetent working in Revit and Rhino BIM environmentsstrong detailing ability and technical knowledgegood knowledge of UK regulations and approvals processesexperience of preparing specificationsability to sketch freehand and communicate your ideas graphically.excellent organisational and time management skillsa desire to contribute to building team and organisational culture - developing people, processes and standards
