Vectorworks BIM Architect

Im working with an award-winning practice based central London with over that has a completely new requirement for either a senior Vectorworks Architect to support their team on Design and delivery of residential and commercial projects of around £20 million to £50 million multi-unit schemes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position,

    5-7 years' practical experience delivering projects.Managing Packages
    Working on a variety of Residential projects across all RIBA Stages Technical Delivery
    coordinating teamsExperience within the Residential Sector working on projects over 20 Million Reporting straight to the Directors Managing a ream of Architects

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

The following requirements are essential to this position:

RIBA - ARB

A good working knowledge of technical delivery is important.

Strong Vectorworks Skills

Experience working across RIBA stages

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Vectorworks BIM

ARB, RIBA
